“Communication – the human connection – is the key to personal and career success.“

– Paul Meyer

1) What is your role at Plasmion?

I am a Working Student in Business Development and Sales and have been with Plasmion for one year. My role focuses on researching new markets and contributing to business development, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new customers.

2) What skills are particularly valuable for your work at Plasmion?

With my academic background in International Management and European Business, I bring strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and fresh, creative ideas to the team. My previous experience in Business Development and Foreign Trade has equipped me to support market expansion and successfully approach new international markets.

3) Why did you choose Plasmion as an employer?

I was drawn to Plasmion because of its dynamic and fast-growing environment. As a young and innovative company, it offers exciting challenges and opportunities to grow professionally. On top of that, the team is amazing—supportive, professional, and fun—which keeps me highly motivated every day.
