1) What is your role at Plas­mi­on?
I am a working stu­dent in Mar­ke­ting, Com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on, and De­sign at Plas­mi­on sin­ce April of this year. My pri­ma­ry re­spon­si­bi­li­ties in­clude craf­ting va­rious mar­ke­ting ma­te­ri­als and pro­vi­ding sup­port for event or­ga­niza­ti­on and mar­ke­ting stra­tegy de­ve­lo­p­ment.

2) What skills are par­ti­cu­lar­ly va­luable for your work at Plas­mi­on?
As one of the crea­ti­ve minds wi­thin our small team, I aim to in­tro­du­ce fresh ide­as across all aspects of our company’s pre­sence My aca­de­mic back­ground in pu­blic and stra­te­gic com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on, cou­pled with de­sign ex­per­ti­se, al­lows me to bring a uni­que per­spec­ti­ve. Fur­ther­mo­re, my pre­vious ex­pe­ri­ence in on­line mar­ke­ting, gra­phic de­sign, au­dio, and vi­deo editing pro­ves inva­luable when brin­ging the­se ide­as to life.

3) Why did you choo­se Plas­mi­on as an em­ploy­er?
I cho­se Plas­mi­on as my em­ploy­er due to the cap­ti­vat­ing ar­ray­va­rie­ty of tasks and re­spon­si­bi­li­ties that come with my role. Th­roug­hout my four months here, I can con­fi­dent­ly say that each day pres­ents new and ex­ci­ting chal­lenges. The company’s nur­tu­ring and sup­port­i­ve en­vi­ron­ment fos­ters my which fos­ter my crea­ti­vi­ty and pro­blem-sol­ving skills and, en­ab­ling enable me to con­ti­nuous­ly grow and ex­cel in my field.
