“Every great and deep difficulty bears in itself its own solution. It forces us to change our thinking in order to find it.“

– Niels Bohr

1) What is your role at Plasmion?
I have been working as a software developer at Plasmion since January 2023. My responsibilities include developing new software, optimizing the existing one, addressing bugs, and assisting with hardware-related issues.

2) What skills are particularly valuable for your work at Plasmion?
In my position, the ability to quickly find solutions and adapt to new programming systems and concepts is vital. Creativity plays a significant role, especially when it comes to software design.

3) What do you value most about working at Plasmion?
I highly appreciate the close collaboration between various departments and the excellent onboarding process for new employees. At Plasmion, you quickly become acquainted with your colleagues and the company culture. It’s remarkable how everyone makes an effort to get to know new team members within a few weeks. Moreover, I particularly value the openness, acceptance, understanding, and effective communication among all Plasmion employees.
