SICRIT® – Demo Re­quest

Plea­se be awa­re of the fol­lo­wing:

1. All Li­quid Chro­ma­to­gra­phy will be per­for­med on a Shi­madzu LC-40D and on a stan­dard C‑18 co­lumn (In­fi­ni­ty­Lab Po­ros­hell 120 EC-C18, 2.1 x 50mm, 2.7um). If you re­qui­re a spe­ci­fic co­lumn to be used, plea­se send it along with your samples.
2. De­fault Gra­di­ent:
   • In­iti­al: 2% B till 0.8 min
   • Ramp to 98% B till 5.0 min (li­ne­ar gra­di­ent)
   • Hold at 98% B from 5.01 to 6.0 min
   • Drop to 2% B at 6.01 min
   • Re-equi­li­bra­te at 2% B un­til 7.0 min with Wa­ter con­tai­ning 0.1% for­mic acid (A) and Me­tha­nol con­tai­ning 0.1% for­mic acid (B).

If you re­qui­re an­o­ther gra­di­ent to be used, plea­se spe­ci­fy it in the form.

Plea­se be awa­re of the fol­lo­wing:

1. All Gas Chro­ma­to­gra­phy me­a­su­re­ments will be per­for­med using Hy­dro­gen as the car­ri­er gas.
2. All Li­quid Chro­ma­to­gra­phy will be per­for­med on a Shi­madzu GC-2030 and on a stan­dard DB5 (Shi­madzu SH-Rxi-5ms, 30m, 0.25, 0.25). If you re­qui­re a spe­ci­fic co­lumn to be used, plea­se send it along with your samples.
3. De­fault Gra­di­ent:
   • In­iti­al Tem­pe­ra­tu­re: 50°C
   • In­iti­al Hold Time: 0.5 min
   • Ramp 1: 25°C/min to 280°C
   • Hold at 280°C for 11.7 min
   • Fi­nal Hold Time: 11.7 min
   • To­tal Run Time: 12.2 min

Which 5 samples would you like for us to demo?
Only ana­lytes un­der a 100 Eu­ros will be purcha­sed by Plas­mi­on GmbH. More ex­pen­si­ve ana­lytes must be ship­ped to us. You are al­lo­wed up to five ana­lytes (com­mer­ci­al­ly available or in-house syn­the­si­zed) to be me­a­su­red as part of the demo.

Plea­se pro­vi­de a list of 3–5 yes/no ques­ti­ons which you con­sider are im­portant to eva­lua­te if SICRIT and other Plas­mi­on GmbH pro­ducts un­am­bi­guous­ly im­pro­ve your work­flow.

By fil­ling in this form you agree to the fol­lo­wing con­di­ti­ons:

1. 1. Data from the demo will be available for free use by Plas­mi­on GmbH. Plea­se con­sider sen­ding us only samples free from con­fi­den­tia­li­ty agree­ments.
   2. As agreed in a pre­vious­ly, the demo is pro­vi­ded for eva­lua­ti­on pur­po­ses only, with the in­tent to sup­port bud­ge­ting and po­ten­ti­al purcha­se of Plas­mi­on GmbH pro­ducts.
   3. Plea­se note that the first demo is free, and we ac­cept a ma­xi­mum of 5 Analytes/Samples to be tes­ted.
   4. Only re­fe­rence stan­dards be­low a net pri­ce of 100 Euro will be purcha­sed by Plas­mi­on GmbH for demo pur­po­ses. More ex­pen­si­ve stan­dards must be pro­vi­ded by the re­ques­ter of the demo.
   5. The pur­po­se of the demo is to test the pro­ducts of Plas­mi­on GmbH. Me­thod de­ve­lo­p­ment and op­ti­miza­ti­on of exis­ting me­thods are not in­cluded.
   6. Help in me­thod de­ve­lo­p­ment will be char­ged at 1000Euro per day
   7. Plas­mi­on GmbH can only per­form ba­sic sam­ple pre­pa­ra­ti­on pro­ce­du­res. Any ex­tra­c­tion, de­ri­va­tiza­ti­on, and pre-con­cen­tra­ti­on must be hand­led up­front.
