US Sa­les Ma­na­ger

We are loo­king for a self-mo­ti­va­ted US Sa­les Ma­na­ger to es­tab­lish and ex­pand our pre­sence in one of the most pro­mi­sing mar­kets world­wi­de.

Your Role

  • De­ve­lop and exe­cu­te a stra­tegy to build Plasmion’s US mar­ket pre­sence.
  • Iden­ti­fy, ac­qui­re, and ma­na­ge new cus­to­mers while main­tai­ning strong re­la­ti­onships with exis­ting cli­ents.
  • Own the en­ti­re sa­les pipe­line, from pro­s­pec­ting to clo­sing, en­su­ring re­ve­nue growth.
  • Fo­re­cast sa­les and work towards am­bi­tious growth tar­gets.
  • Build and lead a lo­cal sa­les team to sca­le ope­ra­ti­ons.
  • Tra­vel do­me­sti­cal­ly and in­ter­na­tio­nal­ly as nee­ded to meet cus­to­mers and dri­ve busi­ness ex­pan­si­on.

Your Pro­fi­le

  • Strong self-star­ter with ex­cep­tio­nal com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and or­ga­niza­tio­nal skills.
  • Pro­ven abili­ty to dri­ve sa­les, ma­na­ge ac­counts, and grow a busi­ness.
  • Ex­pe­ri­ence in sa­les or pro­duct ma­nage­ment wi­thin the mass spec­tro­me­try mar­ket is a plus.
  • Ba­sed on the East Co­ast (Tri-Sta­te Area) and open to tra­vel.
